Roofing, siding, gutters and storm restoration have been part of Arnold & Blanc Contracting for as long as we have run it. ABP Roofing & Siding is where that work now lives on its own: the same owners, the same crews and the same standards, in a company built around the exterior envelope instead of carrying it alongside full-scale construction.

That is also why the insurance side is not new to us. We have documented storm damage, met adjusters on roofs and built to approved scopes under Arnold & Blanc for years. What changed is the name on the truck, not the people on the roof.

Roofing, siding and gutters are related work. All of it protects the structure, all of it fails at the flashing and the edges before it fails in the field, and all of it is only as good as what is installed underneath. Doing the three together means one crew is responsible for the joints between them.

That shapes how we work. We look at the property in person before we price it. We write down what is included and what is not. We name the materials. We tell you when a repair is the better answer, and when it is not. And when storm damage turns into an insurance claim, we document it properly and meet the adjuster on the roof.

The owners are on the jobs. There is no sales team between you and the people doing the work. When you have a question, the person who answers it is the person who can act on it.

Anything beyond the exterior envelope — brick, additions, basements, full renovations — goes to Arnold & Blanc Contracting, which is us as well.
